Lukas Dudkowski, Attorney
While working full-time in the software industry, Lukas earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law with an Intellectual Property Focus.
Lukas grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and graduated from Columbia University, in New York, with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering and a minor in Political Science. He moved to the Pacific Northwest to join Microsoft full-time in 2003 and his professional experience includes roles as a Program/Project Manager with Microsoft, RealNetworks, and AT&T, primarily in portable consumer electronics, digital media, telecom industry products, and consumer privacy issues and compliance.
Lukas’ primary interests are in the areas of intellectual property, copyright/trademarks/patents, consumer privacy, advertising law, small/startup business, and the myriad issues facing artists, technology entrepreneurs and startups.
Lukas is a member of the American Bar Association, King County Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Division and Intellectual Property Sections of the Washington State Bar Association. In his spare time Lukas loves to try new recipes, work on cars, go snowboarding, play with his German Shepherd, and spend his weekends on a never-ending list of home improvement projects.
